150419 – Sonic Vipassana

Today for the first part of the show I will be replaying an interview I made yesterday with the Suns of Arqa to announce the new project of theirs, the Sonic Vipassana.

Essentially the meditation to achieve certain frequencies would be supplied by the music, which would be tuned to the people who were present at the healing ceremony. Thus bringing and almost instantaneous meditative environment to attune to.
